Bristol City - Leeds United 4th of February 2012

So saturday will be game one after Simon Graysons reign as Leeds manager ended. Barnsley legend Neil Redfearn have taken over as caretaker manager, but will probably be given the job until summer by cheap Kenny Bates if he wins tomorrow.

So after we all spent tuesdays game against Birmingham thinking about the transfer window (did the players have their minds there too during that thrashing?), we can now spent tomorrows game worrying about who, if any, Ken Bates will appoint to take over Leeds United.
Basically every manager in the world have been linked, so trying to figure out who it will be is a full time job it seems - My frontrunners are Warnock, Keith Hill or, hopefully, Paul Lambert.

Bristol City have had a pretty bad season so far, Neil Kilkenny & friends have been at the wrong end of the table all year and currently find themselves in 20th six points above the relegation zone. It's our last meeting with them this season, the game in September at Elland Road ended with Ross McCormack snatching us a late winner.

Redfearn will be able to pick almost any player he wants for the game, which could mean we'll see a few surprices in the team. Andy O'Brien returned to the club after recieving help with a depression and before too long we might be able to get David Somma back in team, those two, if fit and ready, could give us a massive boost and help fire us into the play off places. I don't know if Redfearn will give some of his own youngsters the chance to impress (Turner twins, Gimpel etc.) or if he will play it safe with the same players Simon Grayson used.

Usually the sacking of a manager gives some kind of response so let's hope the lads will come together and make something happen in the last 18 games, and hopefully starting with a win tomorrow.

2-0 Leeds, both goals coming from Snoddy, who else! MOT
